Sightseeing

  • Child up to 05 years FREE, only one per accommodation. Child from 06 years old pay full rate.
  • It is not allowed to connect any type of sound, in any environment of the inn, we ask for your collaboration.
  • Check in 14:00 and Check out 12:00 in the months of March to November
  • Check in 15:00 and Check out 12:00 in the months of December to February and holidays.
  • Reception hours are 24h
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, hallways and pool area.
  • It is not allowed to use Hookahs in the inn.
  • Hours of use of the swimming pools: from 09:00 to 20:00, after this time it is not allowed to stay in this place.
  • Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 in our lounge on the 2nd floor.
  • The hostel is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms.
  • Any damage to the patrimony of the Pousada, that is caused by the negligence of the guest, the same will be responsible for this damage and the due replacement values ​​will be posted to your account.
  • Non-attendance without prior notice, on the estimated date of arrival, will be considered as "no show", which does not entitle the refund of amounts already paid.
  • Requests for cancellation should be requested only by E-mail: contato@pousadacostadariviera.com.br.
  • Cancellations requested up to 30 days from the date of entry into the inn, the guest will receive the total amount already paid on deposit
  • Cancellations requested within 15 days of the date of guest's arrival at the hostel, the same will lose 50% of the total amount already paid through the bank deposit.
  • Cancellations requested up to 07 days from the date of entry into the inn, the guest will lose 100% of the total amount already paid.
  • In case of rescheduling of reservation, the guest must request in advance of up to 10 days of the date of entry.
  • The electric power is 110 V, except from suite 32 to 42 (220v).
  • We do not accept pets.
  • We have parking "1 place per accommodation"
  • We do not offer beach and pool towels
  • We do not accept checks.
  • For reservations made with a credit card, it is mandatory to bring an informed credit card, photocopy, credit card must be from one of the guests. We do not accept third party cards.
